Site integration and installation
Review existing equipment, required measurements, power and coverage. Specify sensor and gateway integration, installation and commissioning for the agreed site scope.
Enterprise delivery
Arddata delivers the system around your operational needs: application software, connectivity infrastructure and equipment integration, from a single site to an organization-wide deployment.
We scope initial delivery and ongoing service separately, so the proposal explains what is installed, who operates it and how it is supported.
Review existing equipment, required measurements, power and coverage. Specify sensor and gateway integration, installation and commissioning for the agreed site scope.
Deploy Arddata software and supporting LoRaWAN or MQTT infrastructure. Define the hosting environment, application configuration, user access and external system interfaces.
Agree what the system must measure and display, verify the configured workflows and train the people who will use them. Document the responsibilities at handover.
Define hosting, maintenance, updates, technical support and field servicing in the agreement. Response times, availability targets and optional services are specific to the contract.
Compatibility & integration
Bring the meter or sensor model, its outputs and the available connectivity. We assess the path from that device to the application, then identify the integration or equipment needed. LoRaWAN and MQTT infrastructure are part of the delivery capability; device compatibility is confirmed for the exact model and configuration.
Review your integration requirementsWe can scope an enterprise deployment around your hosting and access requirements. The final architecture, data location, backups and operational responsibilities are confirmed in the technical proposal.
Buffering and recovery depend on the meter, gateway and communication design. We assess these requirements during scoping and document the behavior of the selected equipment.
Monitoring and control are separate scopes. Remote control requires suitable equipment, permissions and a site-specific control design. It is not an automatic inclusion in a monitoring deployment.
Compatibility and commercial partnerships are different relationships. We confirm support against a device model and protocol; a technology reference does not imply a vendor partnership or universal compatibility.
Let’s talk about your project
Tell us what you operate, what is already on site and what you need to understand. We’ll help define the equipment, connectivity and software your project needs.
